| Prices Our prices start from GBP250 per week and we often have periods available at bargain rates, so please give us a call with your requirements and we'll do the best we can for you. We are happy to welcome parties of up to six people. Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday, but in many months rentals may be available on a daily basis, so do drop us a mail or give us a call if you're looking for a short break. We require a non-refundable 20% deposit on booking, with the balance payable one month before the start of the holiday. A GBP75 per week damage deposit is also required, repayable when you vacate the villa. |

| Availability We are now taking bookings for your Beach Villa for dates throughout this year and into next year. A number of weeks are already reserved, so please ring us as soon as possible to discuss availabilty of your preferred holiday dates. |
